Brighton College Bangkok was delighted to play a part in welcoming His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, Ms Nicola Pollitt, this week.
Staff attended a breakfast briefing and an evening gathering. Both were wonderful opportunities to strengthen the close relationship between our school and the British Embassy in Bangkok, and to reflect on the connections between education, culture and the broader UK-Thailand partnership.
As a British international school, we are proud of our ties with the UK and our place within Thailand’s international community. These relationships bring real value to our pupils: helping them understand the wider world, develop a genuinely international outlook and appreciate the importance of dialogue across cultures.
We wish the new British Ambassador every success as she settles into her role, and we very much look forward to continuing to build on this important relationship.
