Did you know Mr Crispian Waterman once swam a 15km extreme marathon around Hong Kong Island called the Clean Half? A true story that reflects his resilience, courage, and sense of adventure – qualities he brings to his role as Founding Head Master.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in international education – spanning the UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Thailand – Mr Waterman brings a wealth of expertise, vision, and passion to our community. Under his leadership, pupils will thrive in a learning environment grounded in Brighton College’s values of curiosity, confidence, and kindness.
