We give pupils a grounding in the essential skills crucial to art, giving them the opportunity to build and forge links within the arts and understand how art connects across all subjects. This is a broad course exploring practical, new media technologies and critical/contextual work through a range of two- dimensional and/or three-dimensional processes. Pupils will develop knowledge, understanding and skills through integrated practical, critical and theoretical study that encourages direct engagement with original works. Design Technology
Design and Technology encourages pupils to think creatively and solve real-world problems. By combining imagination with technical knowledge, they explore how design impacts daily life and develop skills that foster innovation, independence and resilience.
We believe that every pupil should enjoy the benefits of sport, no matter their level of experience. By supporting both developing and confident athletes, we nurture resilience, teamwork and a love of physical activity that lasts well beyond school.
