History and Geography IGCSE pupils attended the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre to visit the James Nachtwey Photography Exhibition, 'Memoria' which tells an important story of the lives of people caught in war, famine and poverty. Pupils found James Nachtwey's images thought-provoking, moving and enlightening. Pupil's also reflected on the dehumanising nature of war and conflict. Ms Turle and Mr Newman were able to make curriculum links throughout the exhibit and will continue discussions with pupils on the impact of war in their lessons.
