Our House System

Pupils will join one of the four Houses with access to a House Parent and Tutor, who focus on the wellbeing and achievements of each and every pupil in their care. Our House-based system gives pupils the opportunity to develop leadership qualities as senior members of the school, whilst also enabling them to form firm friendships from their very first day.

Support for Pupils

Every day our pupils meet with their class teachers or tutors, with time to discuss the pupil's progress, and to plan for the days ahead. Having time with tutors at the start and end of the day helps our children to feel rooted - they have a base and a friendly face waiting to help them with any problems they may have.

Mental Health Matters

Every year we run a Mental Health Awareness Week, which encourages pupils to talk about their emotions and to cope with the challenges they face in everyday life.

Thanks to regular assemblies and wellbeing sessions, we aim to remove the stigma of mental health issues and give our pupils the confidence to excel in their studies.
