We were absolutely delighted to be joined by Peps McCrea for our staff inset day on Monday, 9th January. Peps, who is the Dean of Learning Design at the Ambition Institute in the UK, an advisor for the Department of Education, and the Director of Education at Steplab, delivered fascinating workshops to all of our teachers and TLAs on memorable teaching, the science of motivation, and instructional coaching.
