On Wednesday our Year 10 pupils went out for some delicious Spanish food at Paella House. Chef Alberto let our pupils join his team in the kitchen where they learned how to cook traditional Spanish food such as paella, tortilla de patatas, and pimientos de padrón. Our pupils were joined by Year 10 pupils from Heathfield International School and they got to practise some Spanish conversation skills with them. Our Year 10 pupils' favourite meals were the paella and the gambas ¡Qué rico!
