Nursery pupils may arrive from 8am, ready for a days of joyful, play-based learning. Each day offers a balanced mix of activities such as phonics, fine motor skills, early numeracy, creative arts, cookery and music—designed to spark curiosity and support all-round development. Nursery pupils nap in the afternoons.
Our spacious outdoor learning area encourages exploration and imagination, with ride-on toys, climbing equipment, sand and water play, a mud kitchen and a playhouse. A wholesome hot lunch is freshly served each day.

Brighton College Bangkok Vibhavadi welcomes children aged 2 to 4 years across our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), from Pre-Nursery through to Reception.
Children usually join Pre-Nursery from the age of two before progressing through Nursery and Reception. Each stage is carefully designed to support children's development through age-appropriate learning experiences, helping them grow in confidence, independence and curiosity.

5. What is the difference between Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception?
Each stage of our Early Years programme is thoughtfully designed to support children's development and prepare them for the next step in their learning journey.
Pre-Nursery (Age 2): Children build confidence, independence and positive relationships through purposeful play, while developing communication, physical skills and emotional wellbeing.
Nursery (Age 3): Children continue to learn through play while taking their first steps in literacy and numeracy, developing the confidence and skills needed for future learning.
Reception (Age 4): Children enjoy a balanced approach to learning through play and more structured activities across all seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), preparing them for a smooth transition into Year 1.
