The Brighton College International Schools Cultural Trip

The Brighton College International Schools Games drew to a close with a Cultural Trip which took pupils on an unforgettable journey to the heart of Bangkok, immersing them in the city's rich history and vibrant culture. The day began with a visit to the Royal Barges Museum, where students admired the stunningly ornate, historical boats that carry royalty during grand ceremonies.

Next, they marvelled at the breathtaking beauty of Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, with its intricate spires and panoramic views of the city. The cultural experience culminated in a celebratory lunch aboard a cruise boat on the Chao Phraya River, complete with Karaoke and Thai cultural performances.

This unique vantage point of Bangkok's stunning skyline and historic landmarks, made for a fitting end to what was a memorable and enriching week in Thailand's capital for these inaugural Games, leaving everyone involved looking forward to the next edition!
